I baked for my second wedding this summer. The bride's only request was a rustic feel so I pretty much got to do whatever I wanted. I am so happy with the way my first wedding cake turned out.
After finding out my bones were not set properly, I upgraded to a dorsal splint with a 30 degree bend. This pinkie injury is really starting to get old.
